Payment information
There are several options available to pay for services rendered.
Payment forms we accept:

- Billing To A Third Party
Any third party billing must be pre-approved and the client (or authorized person must sign out pre-inspection agreement and work authorization form.
If the total amount due is billed to a third party or insurance company, Bay Area Environmental Inspections will be added as payee on the draft and any deductible or appreciation will be paid by the insured.
The payment terms will be net 30.
If the total amount due is not paid in full within 30 days from the date of service, the client or authorized party (as described above) will then be liable and responsible for payment of the total amount due.
The payment will then become due on the 31st day following the date of service.
A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to all outstanding invoices.
An account balance past due greater than 31 days is subject to being reported to a collection agency or attorney.
If the past due account is reported to a collection agency or attorney, for any reason, a 25% fee plus reasonable costs associated with the collection process will apply.
By completing the information requested, you are agreeing to pay all fees and/or are giving full authorization for Bay Area Environmental Inspections to receive the full payment.
